The Peach's State's northernmost, which backroads on the way to Brasstown Bald, bucolic scenery, wondrous waterfalls, charming towns and majestic vistas is described. The Dukes Creek Falls, a respectable cascade that babbles about the beauty of the North Georgia woods, is just to the north of the intersection with Alternate U.S. 75 is also a good place to visit.

Golden days in Dahlonega

Dahlonega is a North Georgia village, outside of Atlanta in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, and is worth to spend a weekend. One can start from the Dahlonega Gold Museum State Historic site in the middle of the square and can go Mountain Laurel Creek and dine at The Oar House.
