Kudzu vine was found to destroy houses, forests, and enshroud telephone poles and abandoned cars. However, It is found that every part of this oft-maligned plant is edible such as its enormous tubers that can be ground into a powder to thicken sauces and gravies and fried leaves that boost high levels of vitamins A and C.
