Uncorked
Article Abstract:
More and more Americans are buying wine made by small growers mainly because these wines are made from the best and ripest of grapes unlike wine made in Champagne from grapes that are not completely ripe. A wine connoisseur educates readers about the wide varieties of wines available and why some wines made by small growers are distinctly better than those made by large corporations.
