1992 Pension World Awards honor four industry leaders

Pension World magazine named its four recipients of the Employee Benefits Awards for 1992. The Lifetime Career Achievement Award honors individuals in the employee benefits industry for excellent career contributions in any of the specialized employee benefits field. The four recipients of this award are Ray L. Lillywhite and Jon S. Brightman in the field of investments, Dan F. McGinn in public policy and David M. Walker in actuarial advising.

Capital investment and technological know-how are basically needed for the US to succeed in getting out of the recession. The issue of unemployment was a key issue which won for Pres Clinton the people's votes. The current administration must then concentrate on increasing national productivity so that economic opportunities will happen. Productivity in turn can be raised through increased capital investment and technological research.
