An investigation on the attitudes of Chinese workers towards individually based performance-related reward systems
Article Abstract:
The difference in the Chinese workers' perceptions with respect to employee rewarding methods, specially the individually based performance-related reward systems, is examined. The cultural influences to be considered when implementing the reward systems are analyzed.
