China- on the right track
Article Abstract:
China's aspirations for a democratic form of government and capitalist economy are not far from being realized as the central government strongly push for various economic and political reforms. With the forthcoming appointment of Zhu Rongji as the mainland's premier, the outlook of achieving political stability and moral uprightness appears bright and certain. Zhu, most noted for his capacity to direct a nation's economy, is not only expected to keep inflationary measures at limited levels but also to advocate the implementation of state-owned enterprises.
