Article Abstract:
Dick Beaumont is the president and chief executive officer of Organization Resources Counselors (ORC), an organization with the goal of developing advanced human relations in the fields of commerce, industry, education, and government. ORC's business strategy has changed its focus from functionalism towards supporting business strategy, and Beaumont has observed that reengineering a company has focused employees' concentration on groups that became worse, including lower levels of management and non-unionized blue-collar workers.
