Happy families?
Article Abstract:
UK and European statistics show that companies offering paternity leave policies are increasing. Fueled by the large number of women and dual-earner families in the work force, paternity and parental leave are becoming prominent employee benefits. However, statutory parental leave entitlement is generally not found in the UK, although available in other European countries.
