Hong Kong-based Watson Wyatt Worldwide recently came out with its latest report on the salaries and benefits of mainland Chinese working for foreign joint ventures, representative offices and foreign-owned subsidiaries. The reports mainly deal with compensation data although information on topics such as staff turnover, salary increases, retirement benefits and leave policies are also included.
