Gender and employment in south-east England
Article Abstract:
University of Greenwich conducted a research on issues relating employment of women in south-east England. The inferences drawn from the study are discussed and suggestions are offered for monitoring compliance with gender equality policies. Suggestions related to the said issue are also offered for small and medium-sized organizations.
