Human resource management systems and organizational performance: an analysis of the Spanish manufacturing industry
Article Abstract:
The relationship between human resource management systems and organizational effectiveness is analyzed by hypotheses derived from study done on companies in the Spanish manufacturing industry. The findings indicate that an internal human resource system exercises a positive effect on employee turnover and overall firm performance.
