Article Abstract:
A legal case between Brubfitt v Ministry of Defence (27th July 2004) wherein the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) has recently ruled that, in case of a sexual harassment, any woman complaining on the issue can succeed if in a claim of direct sex discrimination she has been less favorably treated than an actual or hypothetical male comparator is presented.
