Maternity and parental rights
Article Abstract:
A survey conducted by EOR to examine the maternity, paternity and adoption provisions and the working arrangements provided by 117 employers as well as a detailed look at how employers have responded to the new legislations introduced in April 2003 is presented. Findings of the survey reviewing 117 employers show that 9 out of 10 employers allow maternity leavers to return to work on a part-time or job-share basis with little impact on their business.
