Minimum wage report for 2003
Article Abstract:
The United Kingdom government published its latest annual assessment of how the system of national minimum wage has performed in the year 2002-2003. The report has revealed that all employers are not conforming to the law and there still is a substantial amount of money owed to workers as well as there is no adverse impact on the employment prospects of low-paid workers or on the economy.

New national collective agreement concluded
Article Abstract:
Employers' organizations and trade unions in Belgium have recently concluded negotiations on wages and working conditions in the country. The salient points covered under the agreement are listed. With the conclusion of this negotiations the issues related to older workforce are now likely to take the centre stage.
