The management of Omni Hotels Corp rewards its hardest working employees through the company's Omni Service Champions program (OSC). The OSC program recognizes employees who perform their duties to a greater degree than expected in order to ensure customer satisfaction. The awards received by the recognized employees include ribbon pins and medals, cash, and dinner. The OSC employee recognition program has measurably increased customer satisfaction. According to customer rating cards, 63% of customers in 1987-88 said their needs were met, as compared to 82% in 1990.
