Outsourcing human resources and benefits can allow companies to perform more efficiently by focusing on the core processess and capabilities. Effective outsourcing strategies take into account the five "Cs" key factors of outsourcing which include cost, competency, change, cure and cash. Actuarial and benefits consultants, financial and investment managers, insurance firms, accounting and consulting firms, transaction processors and technology and systems integrators are among the providers who are entering the human resource outsourcing field.
