Article Abstract:
High quality real estate investments should be based on economic diversity which can be achieved through researches of an area's economic base and its submarkets. The currently low market prices of real estate is viewed as an opportunity by investors since the value is expected to rise with increasing population and demands for business spaces. However, investors should have the ability to recognize between economic and geographic diversity.
