A "pensjonskasse" is suggested as a preferable alternative for a company that retains a defined benefit scheme and has the management control capacity due to the eagerness of Norwegian officials to regulate corporations as well as consumer behavior in the financial market. This helps the company with more options and greater control over its pension funds and schemes.
