Spain: agreement in savings bank

Trade unions and employers have reached a new agreement for workers in the savings banks sector, which contains a range of new provisions and increases pay in line with inflation, backed up by a revision clause. The accord improves the seniority payments and reforms the job classification system, which dates from 1982.
