The effective managerial mindset is one that functions from an attitude of mastery. Managerial mastery requires control not only of the mind, but the body as well. Managers who have achieved this mindset have integrity of mind and body, making their interpersonal relationships healthy and responsive. The next phase of development for the manager entails effective communications and partnership relationships with coworkers and the working environment.
