Article Abstract:
Workers who falsify documents of qualifications must be terminated immediately. Companies should be wary of such unscrupulous individuals. During the recruitment period, warnings which detail the sanctions against document falsification must be inserted in application forms, manual and other literature. Employees could also be compelled to sign in a statement of agreement regarding the sanctions involved. Reinforcing the warning and conducting background checks on employees can further prevent the occurrence of fasification.

Mediation and new social movements
Article Abstract:
Three theories, McLuhan's media theory, the phenomenological intentionality of consciousness toward the world and Bateson's reflexive theory of communication, contribute towards the formulation of a developed theory of media communication. Mediation through communication media reflects a loss of mediation at large. New social movements have seen the importance of mediating institutions and they have made efforts to begin from and develop such entities.
