The Sixth Committee of the Fifty-Sixth General Assembly of the United Nations considered several important issues. Among these was the legal definition of terrorism, protection of humanitarian workers, the acceptance of new members into the Commission on International Trade Law, and the legality of late reservations to international treaties.

Handwritten wills may be valid if certain requirements are met
Article Abstract:
Handwritten wills are valid under certain conditions in states which have laws recognizing them. The rules governing the validity of handwritten, or holographic, wills are discussed.
