Harmonising anti-stalking laws
Article Abstract:
Stalking is an increasing problem and has been recognized as such by legislation in many countries . However, stalking laws greatly differ in that some define specific behaviors that constitute stalking, while others provide only a general definition. It is important that such laws by harmonized so that remedies can be provided for cross-border stalking and cyberstalking.
