Flexibilization, modernization, and the Lisbon Strategy
Article Abstract:
The positive and negative effects of Lisbon Strategy on the competence of Europe in the world trade are critically analyzed. It is suggestded that developing a more balanced approach to modernisation as a policy instrument is necessary.

The role of dynamic employment policies in the European labor market
Article Abstract:
The development of new dynamic employment policies by analysing some labor market trends in the old and new EU member states is outlined. The causes of unemployment and dynamics of labor market are studied.
