Making a virtual house call; states revisit the issue of telemedicine as it expands to cover diagnosis and treatment
Article Abstract:
The development of state laws regulating telemedicine is discussed, and telemedicine technology has advanced faster than the law. Several states have changed their licensure laws to incorporate a provision incorporating telemedicine into medical practice, and others permit physicians to have limited licenses for practicing telemedicine within the state.

'Offer to sell' provision expands forum options; provision has little substantive impact but may allow plaintiffs to bring suits in many districts
Article Abstract:
The author claims many of the restrictions formerly imposed on jurisdictions of aay disappear due to the 'offer to sell' provision of the 1994 Uruguay Round Agreements Amendments Act. Courts whichh have addressed the issue so far have concentrated on issues of personal jurisdiction and appear to expand such jurisdiction in patent cases.

Is it time to revisit unclean-hands doctrine? The concept is more flexible than the defense of inequitable conduct, which grew out of it
Article Abstract:
The flexibility of the unclean hands doctrine as a defense against patentees guilty of serious misconduct to obtain their intellectual property is discussed. The limitations the Federal Circuit has placed on the inequitable conduct defense also do not apply to this doctrine.
