Money talks: in defense of common-sense approach to judicial review of campaign contribution limits
Article Abstract:
The authors discuss a US 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling on a Missouri law limiting campaign contributions. The court's requirement that a State must present proof of an objectively reasonable perception of corruption due to contributions at or near the contribution limit is also discussed.
