Many top case management and time and billing vendors faced new innovations in their companies including the sale of DataTxt (maker of Time Matters and Billing Matters) to legal research giant LexisNexis, in March 2004. If everything at DataTxt remains well, the sale of the company could reach great heights and it would explore the ways for both industry and customers.

Lend me your ears: Nation's highest court finds its audio files at the center of Supreme Court project
Article Abstract:
The OYEZ project provides access to more than 2000 hours of Supreme Court audio, including every oral case heard since 1995 and selected cases since 1955. Jerry Goldman, OYEZ project founder, hopes to see lawyers, law students become actively involved to practice advocacy by using such audio files.
