Regulating nanotechnology in the European Union
Article Abstract:
There are strong externalities such as biotechnology, asbestos, harmonization that are to be considered while forming a regulation of nanotechnology in addition to environmental and public health concerns. In the absence of a tailor-made regulatory framework for nanotechnology, the European Union has to cautiously approach to make any regulations.

Article Abstract:
A review of the legal aspects including the legal framework for the inclusion of aviation into the European Union's Emissions trading scheme (EU-ETS) is presented. The scope and certain design points of emission trading scheme including obliged parties, the allocation and certain points of administration are also reviewed.

Environemental reinforcement in European water law, reflections on its significance in spain
Article Abstract:
The evolution of Spanish water legislation is traced before describing major breaches and some pending cases. The necessary reforms and some specific proposals are outlined before providing a conclusion encompassing the need for useful tools on water policy.
