Report: Rose firm isn't liable
Article Abstract:
The troubled Rose Law Firm of Little Rock, AR, and former partner Hillary Rodham Clinton, won the support of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp on Feb 27, 1996. The FDIC accepted the third report on the 1988 collapse of Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan prepared by Pillsbury Madison & Sutro's Washington DC office. The report states that innocent explanations of every event are more convincing than any conceivable criminal scenario. Clinton would have gained little financially from her alleged wrongdoings in connection with Madison.
