Article Abstract:
Former University of San Diego law school asst dean Marilyn L. Young on Feb 24, 1995, won a $1 million verdict against the school for wrongful termination. Her contract was not renewed in 1993 following her blowing the whistle on bizarre items in the expense report of law school Dean Kristine Strachan.
