The double-headed approach of the ECJ concerning consumer protection
Article Abstract:
The article attempts to understand the relation between consumer policy and the internal market through the importance given to consumer interests in the case law of the ECJ. The case law of the ECJ is analyzed in areas of both negative and positive harmonization concerning consumer protection.
