Show time; don't get carried away with complicated exhibits
Article Abstract:
The use of graphic exhibits in trial practice are discussed. Rules of the storyteller's art should be followed if the exhibits are factual pictures that tell a story. Judge and jury should be able to follow the story for themselves and reach their own conclusion.

The article discusses the psychological aspects of maintaining credibility with the jury. A case may come out against a lawyer and his or her client if the lawyer seems unprepared, makes strident, abrasive arguments, and displays a lack of politeness and consideration towards the judge and the lawyer for the other side.
