Copyright and freedom of expression: An ambiguous relationship
Article Abstract:
Copyright laws forbid others from using material that is copyrighted, but people also may lose their freedom of expression because of this. However, both parties can misuse this as many times constitutional guarantees are invoked by those who are not entitled to it.

The article examines the legal aspects of the European Union law and the National law as applicable to all sports. It further questions the special privileges extended to Formula One racing which is a profitable commercial sport.
