Article Abstract:
The effects of hydroelectric operations on Columbia River Basin resident fish are harmful. The implementation of a mitigation program for the restoration of impacted resident fish habitats and populations and the cooperation required among state, federal, and tribal entities to ensure the needs of resident and anadromous fish are discussed.
