Amaze joins new global super-indie

Indie producer Amaze TV and European television production company D&D Media Group have teamed up to create a global super-indie based on business models of other super-indies such as Endemol, All3Media and Eyeworks. The partnership is supported by 185 million pounds from private equity firm Palamon Capital Partners. The scope of the deal, as well as the new group's plans, are discussed.
