An independent man
Article Abstract:
The Royal Television Society (RTS) 1997 President Sir Jeremy Isaacs will bring a diverse range of skills to his new role. After a time at the Royal Opera House, he has returned to independent television production and is about to produce Millennium, a documentary covering the last thousand years. He hopes the series will focus on world achievements, not just American and European. The former Chief Executive of Channel 4 believes that the Society's 4000 members must be involved at all levels in the future of broadcasting, not just a selective few.
