BBCW buys into Marquess indie

BBC Worldwide (BBCW) has taken a 25% stake in Cliffhanger, an independent production start-up founded by "Footballer's Wives" creator Paul Marquess. The company will specialize in drama series and it is BBCW's second investment in the UK indie sector. The various projects of Cliffhanger and BBCW's role in the indie are also discussed.
