Barcud buys Picardy Media

Barcud Derwen, a TV and film group based in Wales, has acquired now bankrupt Picardy Media Group in Scotland. The six-figure deal makes Barcud the largest regional facility of its kind in the UK. Barcud plans to spend an additional six-figure sum on upgrading Picardy's facilities and hiring new staff for the post-production services of the group.
