BSkyB claims its Open shopping platform had attracted two-thirds of its subscribers in the 15 months preceding February of this year, with 30 million hits and 655,000 sales. Although analysts forecast that Open will be profitable by next year, the platform does not seem to attract regular shoppers and is left wanting in terms of content and navigation. Sky to end Solus satellite cards
