Bullying 'endemic' in the TV industry
Article Abstract:
A survey of 542 professionals in the UK television broadcasting industry revealed that 56% have suffered some form of discrimination or bullying at work. Also, 68% of respondents have witnessed such an act directed towards a colleague. Other results of the survey, which reflects the overall working environment of the TV industry in UK, are discussed.

NUJ survey shows bullying rife in TV
Article Abstract:
A survey by the National Union of Journalists shows widespread unhappiness over the way television broadcasters are dealing with "bullying" in the industry. More than 6,000 broadcast members were polled in the survey.
