A reality show should be shocking to hold the attention of the audience, to do this the most of the television corporations are working out on their own in employing the participants rather than depending on the third party agencies.

Increased rents and falling rates in post-production houses are making offline editing suites in London less popular among independent production companies. Indies are aware that they have the option to do in-house editing or get facilities outside the capital, which is more economical. Other issues involving offline post-production are discussed.
