Emap bidder Riley is also targetting GCap

Former Chrysalis Radio CEO Phil Riley, who is now leading a private equity bid for Emap Radio, is looking into bidding for GCap Media if the Emap deal fails to push through. Riley, who is backed by undisclosed private equity firms believed to be Vitruvian Partners, is also considering buying both companies and merge them. The bidding plans of Phil Riley for Emap Radio are discussed.
