Enforcing a non-compete agreement

Article Abstract:

Some companies require their employees to sign non-competition agreements to protect their customer lists and business secrets in case these employees resign to join a competitor or set up a competing company. More than 15 states have laws that check the use of non-compete contracts that inhibit business. The judicial system helps to enforce non-compete agreements.
