Green light for BBC?

The Department for Culture, Media and Sport has issued guidelines for the BBC's digital services, following nearly seven months of deliberations. According to the report, the BBC is must provide a "description" of the new services, as well as reasons for license-funding. Critics, including the Commercial Radio Companies Association and lobbyists are complaining that the guidelines are too vague.
