The Nationwide Mercury Music Prize for the year shows the effect of different cultures in making innovative music. Few people attend award ceremonies. Music industry is definitely changing due to technology but it will not undermine new talent which will get better.

An in-depth survey was conducted by Broadcast to see if the U.K Film Council needed rationalisation to survive. The findings of the survey are highlighted which show that it will last for the next 30 years despite predictions of an early demise.
