RTS 20/20 Vision gives a divided view of the future
Article Abstract:
Participants to the Royal Television Society's (RTS) 20/20 Vision conference held at St. James Palace in UK, have different and divided views regarding the outlook for television industry in the next century. The difference in opinion among participants has been incited by the startling demographic split outlined by American futurologists Watts Wacker. Wacker said one-third of the world population will be teenagers in 2020, except in Europe and Japan, where there will be more people aged over 60 years old than under 20 years old.
