They are Alison Rayson, managing director, Target, Gisele Burnett, head of programming, National Geographic Europe, Jane Lighting, chief operating officer TV and content, Flextech and managing director, Minotaur, June Dromgoole, controller of programme acquisition, Channel 4, and Louise Sexton, director of sales, Carlton International. Other women include Nadine Nohr, managing director, Granada Media International, Nicky Davies Williams, managing director NBD TV, Penny Harris, head of acquisitions, Sky One, Sophie Turner Laing, controller programme acquisitions, BBC, and Jane Smith, managing director, Entertainment Rights.
