Turning Japanese: I-Mode sizes up Europe

Japan's NTT DoCoMo now has access to territories in Europe as it holds a 3G license for the UK in conjuction with the Dutch network KPN and has forged alliances with Telecom Italia and KPN. The company is looking to set up its I-Mode mobile internet platform in Europe, as WAP2 readies itself for release later this year. The article details the differences between the services.
