The BBC Charter review now underway is considering selling off the commercial aspects of the corporation and the recommendations are expected by December. It is believed that the new management team is doing all the right things to guarantee a new charter from the government. The recommendations from all the reviews will influence the government's green paper to be published in April-June next year.
