OfcomEs proposed public service publisher (PSP) could be the radical innovation that British public service broadcasting needed, becoming in some ways the UKEs equivalent of HBO. The proposed PSP activities will include: commissioning UK-produced content can create a brand for PSP services and will run on a not-for-profit basis.
